Nearly all fetish clubs have a dress-code. Whilst some are stricter than others, the usual
attire would be, PVC, rubber, leather, sexy underwear, uniforms, corsets, gothic attire or
being cross-dressed. Sometimes there are themes. Although some people go out of their way to
dress according to the theme, it is usually fine to turn up in something unrelated, as long as
it is suitably kinky. If you are a man and don’t want to spend a fortune, a pair of black
leather trousers with a smart black shirt should do for either a dominant or submissive in the
majority of clubs. A sub can accessorise with a collar and cuffs and a dom can carry some
whips. Women can easily get away with some sexy underwear. Again, if you wish to indicate
that you are a sub, a collar is a good idea and if you are a domme then carrying a whip will
indicate this and ward off any unwanted attention from other dominants.
In My experience, people at fetish clubs are very respectful. They will ask if they would
like you to participate in a scene and if you say no they will respect this. Unfortunately,
some single males can be badly behaved and try to participate in scenes to which they
have not been invited. If this happens, a simple no usually suffices. If not, then a word to
the organisers or security will. But don’t let this put you off as it is not a significant
problem. If you are a male attending a club alone, you should be aware that some people
might be cautious of you because of previous experience of this, but if you are polite and
respectful you could see a lot of action!
In general, the play which goes on in non-membership fetish clubs is fairly mild. Most clubs
have a “no blood” policy so although a lot of spanking will be seen, it rarely breaks the skin.
Many other activities and more elaborate scenes can be seen, depending on what equipment
people have brought with them. Boot worship is quite common, and it is not unusual to see
men groveling on the floor, worshipping those kinky heels. It is also common to see men
wearing kinky heels! Depending on the club, you may see more explicit sexual activity.
Generally there is a distinction between bdsm play clubs and the more sexually orientated
swinging clubs though some attempt to mix the two. It is important to know the policy and
rules of the club and if you are playing with other people, it is important to know what
their attitudes are to this so that no embarrassing misunderstandings occur.
I like to take My devotees to fetish clubs where they can spend longer serving Me and where
I can play with them in public. We may also be able to watch other people’s scenes or even
participate. I will only consider this with devotees that I know and trust. I will have to have
had at least one session with them and feel that I would be happy to spend more time with
them. This will most often be at a monthly local club which is novice-friendly but London is
another possibility. London has the greatest variety of fetish clubs, with something on nearly
every week and some of the biggest events in the fetish calendar are hosted there.
